Mr. Rogers: Now More Than Ever, Senior Thesis

Mr. Rogers: Now More Than Ever series was created for my senior thesis in 2019. In my thesis, I wanted to highlight some of those important and special moments that Rogers purposely created for the children watching his television show. Mr. Rogers understood how children thought and learned from the world around them, and that is what interested me the most. I am interested in how media effects and shapes a person's childhood.

When I came up with the idea of making paper puppets, it was a way for me to continue drawing connections back to Mr. Rogers and the children’s television I grew up loving.
